RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY AT Vin.market HOUSEHOLD GOODS
1. Conditions for Return/Exchange:
The product does not match the order in terms of color, model, or size.
There is a manufacturing defect.
The returned product must be new, intact, undamaged, and show no signs of use.
The product must still have all original tags, labels, warranty cards, and the purchase invoice.
The product must be within the allowed return/exchange period.
Applicable for products purchased online (website, Facebook) and directly at our showroom. We do not support returns/exchanges for items purchased from other locations.
Not applicable for promotional or clearance sale items.
Customers can only return a product if there is no available replacement in the same product line (color, model, size).
2. Return/Exchange Timeframe:
Exchange period:
Within 10 days for online purchases
Within 7 days for in-store purchases
(From the date the customer receives the product)
Return period:
Within 7 days for online purchases
Within 3 days for in-store purchases
(From the date the customer receives the product)
If the request exceeds the specified time frame, we will not accept the return/exchange under any circumstances.
