After the transfer is complete, we will confirm the payment and initiate the delivery process.

If the product is not delivered within the agreed timeframe and we fail to respond, you have the right to file a formal complaint with our head office and seek compensation, provided the delay impacts your business and is verifiable.

For wholesale or large quantity purchases, please contact us directly. Payment for such orders will be made according to the terms outlined in the sales contract.
