Shipping Process
Normally, after receiving the order information, we will process the order within 24 hours and provide feedback to the customer regarding payment and delivery details. Orders are delivered within 3–5 days from the order confirmation date, or as agreed with the customer at the time of ordering. However, in some force majeure situations, delivery may be delayed, including but not limited to the following cases:

– Our staff is unable to contact the customer via phone.
– The delivery address provided is incorrect or difficult to locate.
– A sudden surge in the number of orders causes delays in processing.
– The supplier delivers later than expected, or the shipping partner delays the delivery.

Shipping Fees
We use third-party delivery services, so shipping fees will be calculated based on the rates of those service providers, depending on the location and weight of the order. The exact shipping cost will be provided when we contact the customer to confirm the order.

For customers from other provinces who wish to place bulk or wholesale orders, we will arrange delivery through transportation companies. The shipping fee will either follow the service provider’s rates or be negotiated in the contract between both parties.
